Houses

 

Though I mostly specialise in painting interior views of houses, my commissions often involve their exterior views. A small selection of these is shown below. I usually spend a day or two on site making sketches and colour studies, then construct a perspective and make a finished painting in my studio. Often commissions include both exterior and interior views of a house, to make a record of its appearance at a specific point in time.
